Chameleon isnt even a villain for the fandom

Now being serious... A Tai Lung spin-off could be of him while being Shifu's student going on missions againts bandits. A Shen spin-off would be about his exile developing his cannons and just that (simple premise but I mean a Banished "Prince" travelling arround the world with an army sounds great). The beast option for a Spin-off would be Kai, imagine wacthing him and Oogway figthing side by side unifying China, huge battles, political plots and more Also, the villian from the last movie may have some potential, if we have a spin-off, we may learn more about her and how she became a witch and maybe get into more Spirit Realm/Magic lore

I really want dreamworks to make a mini series of Kai fighting other masters in the spirit realm. I’ve said it so many times. Would be interesting and entertaining to watch especially fighting tai lung.

Honestly the villains from Legend of Awesomeness were better than The Chameleon. Alfred Molina played a character named Ke-Pa in the series and I think had they wanted to make him movie canon he’d be a fantastic villain for the fourth film. Especially since this one is about bestowing the title of Dragon Warrior to another.

It is he who, after having overheard the words of the diviner, instead of talking to her parents, decided to leave and exterminate a village of innocent pandas, convinced that he would make her parents proud. And it is always he who convinces himself that it is the fault of others. When in reality he was never a victim in the first place. The only real blame that can be placed on his parents is that they banished him when in reality they should have locked him up or at most executed him.

From the smile he gave in the story he didn't give the idea that he wanted to use weapons as defense but as attack. Then the diviner always said that if HE continues on the positive path he would be defeated. Shen, however, understood the opposite and set out to exterminate, which no one had already said were Pandas, the warrior could not have been any other black or white animal (dog, cat, pig, horse, etc...). It's undeniable. In the end it's all Shen's fault.​@@Archangel_Princess

Hot take: Shen is the worst villain of the first trilogy. He seemed really basic and didn’t seem too special. Tai Lung is easily the best with his clear motive and he actually feels threatening. Kai is also cool in concept, and while it was weird, I’m glad he had a goal more than “I wanna conquer China!” (Shen) and while he was always joked about, Kai was no joke and was the most dangerous villain ever. Shen just feels basic. He feels like a bland pure evil guy, which is weird since all the villains are pure evil. His backstory was cool but a little forced. He wanted to seal his fate, his parents were mad so he conquered their city, and now he’s gonna conquer all of China? What’s the point of that, it literally makes no sense. Shen was good with the whole backstory thing, but he just felt so basic and not special
