Cocaine addicted lab rats should be the new catch phrase for the century, describing all of us who eat Monsanto products whether or not we're aware Monsanto controls more than 95% of the food and drink supply. This stuff is awful! repeat for justice: many many thousands of people die from Monsanto's intestinal-permeability causing lectins and wheat gluten hydrogenated oil sponges EVERY year through cancer or diabetes. (International diabetes organization fact in there) THIS and hundreds of thousands killed in pointless illegal wars to make our Bankers and their warmachine happy, are why we need to illegalize lobbyists, high government leader wages, and political parties! Don't believe me? Ask "Are our leaders helping the poor get renewable tech, independence & wealth? Or are they ALL only enriching themselves, with 15 million tax-payer cash on the side* to silence their adultery/rape sex-maids?" If you’re still living one paycheck away from homelessness after your leaders are done in office there’s your answer! IllEGALIZE corporate lobbyists, high government wages & political parties! Vote for ACCOMPLISHED leaders whose hard work or inventions are *freeing* poor people across the WORLD! thank you. I'll let myself out.

My mum taught me to cook. But it's a problem because "technically" the UK uses metric (but a whole generation of people still use imperial units). So, my mum taught me to use imperial while school taught me metric. All my old recipes are in imperial units and more modern ones in metric. Then, I look at some US ones and somehow a galon is not a galon here in the UK? God help me trying to read US recipes. I imagine the reverse also causes a tonne of confusion. Our food labels generally show both metric and imperial units (EU guideline, I think?) so that helps.

@Abhishek I am glad to hear that you are vegetarian. I also avoid processed sugar and minimize processed foods in general. I have never even tried artificial sugar. Once you cut out sugar, the natural sweetness of foods like carrots tastes great. Fruit is then like dessert. I hope you don't indulge in dairy, especially cheese. That might actually be worse than meat for you. Some people can get away with eating eggs, if your cholesterol etc. is ok.

@Abhishek I would think that oily skin would result from excess fat, not wheat. Nuts, seeds and avocados are health promoting, and some fat is needed to absorb certain vitamins, but it is easy to eat too many nuts, for example. When I eat too much peanut butter, (even though it is the kind with only peanuts and salt in the ingredients) my skin breaks out. BTW I know that peanuts are a type of legume. A high fat one.

You can be like me. Accept that virtually everything you see, hear, or read in media is a lie funded by big corporations, politicians, and religion - or just their particular 'spin' on a truth. Be amused by it. Laugh at it. Remember it when it comes to the big decisions. Find alternatives. Buck the system - but do it in a subtle way. Capitalize on it, if you're so inclined. Or you can go through life, asleep, believing the shit people tell you because it's easier than thinking for yourself, dancing to the tune of the rich, repeating their lies to your children, and perpetuating the cycle.

As Mary Baker Eddy writes in Science & Health on page 383, line 21: "The tobacco-user [junk-food addict], eating or smoking poison for half a century, sometimes tells you that the weed [food] preserves his health, but does this make it so? Does his assertion prove the use of tobacco [junk-food] to be a salubrious habit, and man to be the better for it? Such instances only prove the illusive physical effect of a false belief, confirming the Scriptural conclusion concerning a man, "As he thinketh in his heart, so is he."

I grew up in the religion established by Mrs. Eddy. I no longer believe in it, but she does make a good point in this quotation. I now take a proactive approach to my health with exercise and eating a vegan diet centered around whole plant foods. Vegans have lower rates of several common chronic conditions here in the USA, like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, and some types of cancer. I assume you are a believer, and would advise "being wise" by doing the same. Christian Science and doing those things are not in conflict. You probably already abstain from alcohol and smoking, so that is a good start.

Gothead420 Actually, if the Western world knows what's going on (because believe me when I say they're watching, too) wouldn't that mean they'd fix the problem and move on? At the end of the day, the problem here seems to be the nightmare pairing of corporations and good lobbyists. Which is what Roger seems to be hinting at. If that were fixed, wouldn't the West continue to live on? Let's not forget where Roger's from. You seem to be misunderstanding many things that the existence of this video implies...

I'm getting to the end of the Honest ads 😕😢😢😢😢😢😢 You guys gotta make more!😒😥 More vegan related would be great. A lot of people are finally seeing the meat and dairy industries for what they really are. Kudos for your milk and cheese videos. Hoping to see more Honest ads 🙏 Just brilliantly created, Mr. Horton and crew! Wait, as I'm writing this I'm wondering if 'Roger' is ok...? I know many doctors and people that expose the system or try, end up in accidents, etc. Is he ok? Just curious!
