Today I take the opportunity to explain essentialism and how we can simplify decision making with the concept behind asking the question, if it’s not a definite yes then it must be a definite no. I walk us through this exercise as I explain how I recently cleaned out my closet, and how you can too. This exercise can be extrapolated into any decision making scenario we have in life. Cut out the head ache and go with your gut. It’s simple, if it’s not a definite yes then you saying it’s a definite no. Try it out and let me know what you think.
