People forget that Huskies are working dogs who need intense exercise/playtime outdoor fora minimum of 1 full hour a day. You’ll never wear them out but you’ll give thema much better life.

After my Uncle in Texas passed, I drove down there to adopt his dog. She’s half lab, half husky. Not as fluffy and a little bigger than most huskies. Shorter hair. Other than that, looks husky. Personality is 100% husky. Love my Annie girl!

I had a husky a couple of years ago. She would bounce and run around the house any time we even touched the walking leash. It would take at least 10 minutes just to get the harness on her. It would take 5 minutes just to push her back to open a door without her leaping outside and dragging one of us behind her. The first couple of times I took her on a walk I didn't know how much she wanted to go for a walk and she dragged me past the door and over the steps to the yard. Thankfully no injuries occurred, but I learned real quick how to make sure that didn't happen again. I tried to teach her to be patient before going outside, but I think she was teaching me.

My neighbour has a husky, the dog is such a character. I know when my neighbour is going to the shop because I can hear little Miss Attitude husky whining that her owner is leaving. Snowy is so cute but is a major drama Queen at times especially when she meets my cat.

I am also kinda like a husky.. I'll have to face competition 😅

My sister stoled my fur baby husky. I saved up for years to buy a pure breed, after I bought bear, home my sister told me I didn't deserve him, the very next day she took him away from me and had him fix. It's been 7 years, I haven't heard anything from either one of them.

Check at your local rescue. But be sure you are ready to give it good food, lots of exercise and to have fur all over your house unless brushed regularly.

They will go have a mud bath as it is cool, but will refuse a bath even if they need it. That’s huskey ownership. In the summer they can have a bath outdoors with a water hose, they will thank you for it. In a tepid winter it will be muddy everywhere, so hopefully, one has a shower big enough with hair catch in the drain 😅.
