    Dr Chima is a brilliant and proud Igbo man -- he should be presenting himself for elective offices in Igbo land. You guys did an excellent job in interviewing him, unlike the last time he came on, and Rufai and Adesuwa tried to saddle him with dumb Igbophobic questions. I wish you guys had asked him why the Igbos who held prominent and powerful posts under President Jonathan didn't address some of the problems he mentioned, all of which they could have done something about from their positions. Ebele Jonathan was appreciative of Igbos unflinching support for him, so he placed Igbos in strategic positions from where they could have remedied some of Igbos' situation (no Igbo is asking for favoritism, we just ask for fairness in treatment). Unfortunately, most of them were either naive "One Nigeria" apostles who ignorantly implemented the Nigerian agenda that marginalizes the Igbo (like Ngozi Iweala), or were selfish-money-loving dumb asses who lined their pockets, for which Buhari has shown them pepper. Yes, Nigeria has been unfair to Igbo people, but most of the Igbos who have held positions of responsibility in Nigeria have been more pernicious to Igbo land than Clarence Thomas has been to African Americans. Despite all the slander, negative forces, treats to her physical/political life, Stella Odua still ensured the completion of the Akanu Ibiam International Airport in Enugwu. How many Igbo political office holders could such be said about? Chibuike Amaechi is running around like a Fulani slave building rail lines to Niger Republic while Eastern Nigeria is shunned; Chris Ngige has been Minister of Labor for 6 years, he hasn't even thought of decentralizing the labor/its related industry -- site an annex of the labor department in Eastern Nigeria, after all there are annexes of it in Lagos and Abuja (read: Western and Northern Nigeria). My point here is that most Igbos who find themselves in positions of responsibilities in Nigeria always turn out to be idiots who help implement Fulani agendas. Brilliant, fearless, and proud Igbos like Chima Nnaji would never be brought in to head agencies o the Nigerian governments, because they would not help Fulani marginalize Igbo land.

    Doctor Nnaji, you are indeed great and speaking for the Igbos. Surely Buhari administration targets the Igbos in his discriminatory presidential action. Igbos are retired or removed from their position and replaced with mainly people from up North. This is done with impunity not minding that federal character is embedded in our constitution. The security apparatus of the country excludes Igbos as if they are not part of the country called Nigeria. It is not late to correct this anomaly to reassure the Igbos that your primary mission in your presidency is not to decisively deal with the Igbos.

Luckily the Chinese are the ones that built those so called infrastructures and they know where they are.

    The intention of your point is good but the reality is far fetched. According to the agreement, China would grab anything that belongs to Nigeria should Nigeria default in repaying the loans. China still loves coal, so if it wishes to confiscate the coal mines in Eastern Nigeria, nothing would stop it from doing so; Fulani would even egg them onto that easily. That's the reality, my dear fellow compatriot.

  • @Zaramoku

    @Zaramoku

    3 жыл бұрын

    @@agunaechibeagunaechibe3187 My position is an observation based on available facts, not an analogy. I was echoing Chibuike Amaechi's disclosure -- that should Nigeria fail to honor the contract, China would confiscate any asset of Nigeria's (without Nigeria being able to invoke sovereign immunity) to offset the loan. If I misrepresented Amaechi's position, then I should stand corrected to the extent of that misrepresentation. The Chinese are not interested in glamour, they would want their money back, Aso Rock is not a resource that could get them back their money -- they have thousands of better mansions, palaces, etc than Aso Rock. The Chinese are not your friend; every loan they give you, they reap 50 times that from you -- the USSR used to do that to China in the 1950s and Mao said it was inhuman; it contributed heavily to why China broke relationship with USSR. Today, that same China is doing it to dumb African countries.

Buhari and others like him are frightened of Ibos because like the Hebrews during their sojourn in Egypt, the more they persecuted them, the stronger they became. Whosoever kills any other young man or woman in the Southeast at this point in time, in the name of unknown gunmen or ESN or even IPOB must be killed in the most brutal manner by the masses. Enough of the oppression of these terrorists in power against Biafrans. The answers would give you a better understanding on how things works in the house. You can only lobby but cannot force them to support you. You can be outspoken and shout all you can in the house but without the backing of others, you get nothing. The igbos are everywhere in nigeria developing it Dr Nnanji you are an epitom of intelligence , you have said it all . Let them hear and let other nigerians continue to serve the Fulani who are minority in nigeria and has acquired power through the help of Britain and has kept it through stupid support of the south , west and south east political prostitutes.. The nigerian journalists should tell dumb Buhari and fulanis that one day nigeria will be like former Soviet union that broke into pieces. Tell Buhari that he is not anything near Stalin of Russia. The Central African Republic movie will play in nigeria very soon.

    Can someone tell me what the igbos achieved from 1999 - 2015 ?, all these call for marginalisation is because the person in charge is not their preferential choice. But looking back I didn’t see anything tangible worth celebrating in south east from PDP rule for 16 years. I’m not for APC or Buhari, all I’m saying there is an underlying problem in South East that only the Igbo themselves know and only them can solve. All these clamour for marginalisation was absent from 1999 - 2015, but is very pronounced now. Give it two years when someone from south is the president all these agitation will take a new dynamics.

    I don't really know what part of the country you are from but let me ask you how you will feel if the international airports will be only in the south east, all the seaports in the Southeast, all the embassies in the southeast, all the foreign companies in Southeast, all the federal government presence in the southeast, all the security apparatus in the southeast, the capital city in the southeast all for just 60 years? I hope you understand what marginalization is all about now? Unless southeast is no longer part of the country, you be the judge.

    Taiwo Odunlade, am an Igbo man, let me educate your ignorance. Go look back to history and you find out what the Igbo people are culturally and traditionally. When the white men came, they find structures in all zones, the North had the Emir, which serves as both political and religious leaders. The west has the Oba and the chiefs ( forming council of elders). The igbos has a very unique system, that had be described to today’s democracy. Igbos had a representative system, no leader, just a pure representative system of elder council and the youth age grade. So you need to understand a people and their cultural system. The Igbo sprite is an independent one, that is your you hardly hear of godfathers in the East. We respect elders and constituted authorities. If I can have you you got, why will I submit my will or bow to you? The igbos are in competition with themselves, if you don’t understand something allow it to be or you seek for explanation. Now back to the subject matter, the average Igbo man does not care about power. He cares more about doing his business (hustling) the Igbo man want a restructured Nigeria. You asked a question what has the igbos archive from 1999 - 2015? The same question can be asked for the Yoruba and Hausa. Apart from Lagos and Abuja, you can not compare the level of development in the east to any other state. Fact you can fact check this. Even Ogun state that has and enjoy close proximity with Lagos is not has developed as state in the east. Don’t just come on social media to show your hatred for the east. Look at what the igbos as a people are doing? Thank you
