If ghostly works how it reads, only ghostly units add the spectres, but all units do extra damage to enemy units with spectres

correct, which is why ghostly + senna reroll was a strong comp a while ago

@@iW4FFL3Z still strong now, go IE LW plus DB/GS/dmg 3rd item and go 4sniper or 6/8 ghostly with senna/shen3
