oh 2 bad... the odds were 0.026% if i am correct... that means you would need practically 4000 draws to get her. basically 1,200,000 crystals.... He was not even close :V (after playing for a whole year practically i managed to get 1.8M crystals. Just if you wondering if it is possible to get her, ye it is... after like 8 months)

You can get any cookie/costume from the standard pulls (except special cookies and costumes) it is just harder to get them
