i know this video isn’t really about this but i really like how snotlout was the last one to be crossed out. i know they aren’t portrayed to be that close but i always thought they had a certain bond and him being the last one to be crossed would probably be because hiccup was in disbelief that snotlout would betray him.

You prob forgot about this comment but they mean if Hiccup didn’t shoot Toothless down in the first movie or if he just cut him out of the rope and let him go

FUN FACT: Astrid never made fun of hiccup. She always felt bad for him, if you look at one scene where everyone was making fun of him, Astrid didn't. When hiccup started to impress everybody with his dragon training skills, astrid was jealous. But he only knew those skills after he shot down toothless and trained him. So if he never knew those skills, I'm pretty sure Astrid and Hiccup would evauntually be friends.

For the comments above me: I think he let Toothless go and didn’t train him in this AU or just didn’t shoot him down at all.
