Even if it's not on CD there's literally no reason for Slark to cancel TP. If you're going to end up wasting TP cooldown anyway it's better to have Disruptor spend his mana to do it instead of doing it yourself.

it depends on where ur TP-ing from. if from fountain then yes, if from the lane or jungle then no.

even though it is on cd there is a 1 sec window where he can send Slark back to the fountain.

I hate disruptor’s glimpse that’s why If I get mid role I just pick Ember or Void Spirit so I can ignore Glimpse and Barrier. Yes static storm is annoying but only if he catches you in it and he usually does by using glimpse back into Static Storm + Barrier.

I will explain this in one sentence, it is called : "THE WALK OF SHAAAAAAAAAAME"
