Ace Combat Fan Well, maybe not in 6. As the only two prominent squadrons in AC6 were only Garruda and Strigon. Meanwhile in AC0, they had a lot. Although, they did look very nice on the AC:AH squadrons. But, they did have about three or four. Still, it would have been cool in AC6 and AH. I really hope they return in AC7!

I was screaming like a damn fanboy when they did something similar in ace combat 7 with the intros for Mage, Spare, and Strider. xD As a side note, I wish they would have thought of a cooler name besides strider, sounds like a generic background squadron.

I like it to "stride" means to take long hasty steps. Like if you're in a rush to get somewhere far away quickly. It fits them well as they are the LRSSG. Long Range Strategic Strike Group. Most of their missions they travel really far using drop tanks and mid air refueling to strike targets far from any of their bases. I also love how the enemies nickname them the "snowbirds". Snowbirds are people (or actual birds) who travel far away to the south during the winter to get away from the cold region into a warmer region.

As someone who played half life 2, I respectfully disagree.

These would make the introductions much better tbh. It makes it seem much more badass. Idk when it comes to me and I see for example "108th tactical fighter squadron" It just feels intimidating.

What about Gryphus-1? Dude's terrifying behind the controls. An account of a Leasath fighter pilot who survived being shot down by Gryphus 1 described constantly pulling high-G maneuvers in an effort to escape. Meanwhile, the only sound in the cockpit other than his labored breathing and the alarmed shouts of his comrades abruptly cut short was the steady drone of a missile lock warning. Pretty chilling stuff.

Love the helicopter and bomber missions in Assault Horizon. I wish they'd bring those back lol

I honestly think the Razgriz emblem should've been saved till the scene post SOLG explosion.

I opened youtube to watch the AC 0 intros, and the first recommended was this one. Not dissapointed, yet scared of google. Will you make one with the psp versions? And I think you should add the ofnir and grabcr double squadron of the solg mission. And ofnir squadron has an emblem. It's a red serpent, found at "Aces at War: A History".

Holy, the Garuda intro rocks a lot. Perfect timing.
