Topic - Immigration and personal matters
This live event introduces the UK’s immigration system, and covers topics including settlement in the UK, the health and care visa, and family/spousal visas.
The event covers the work the RCN is doing to support members with their immigration issues, and how the RCN is lobbying for policy change with Government.
Topics covered in the session include:
• Settlement
• Right to work
• The Health and Care Visa
• Bringing family and partner to the UK
• Leaving employers and your visa/sponsorship
• No recourse to public funds.
Alongside our team of presenters, we were joined by RCN President Sheilabye Sobrany, who introduced the session.
