I just wanted to thank you guys from E2 language. Especially Jay and Mark. I finally achieved the score I needed on IELTS because of you guys. I watched all your videos many and many times, absorbed as much as I could. I took the exam 4 times and passed with score over 7 in most of the bands, except Writing (I was stuck at 6 and 6.5). But I didn't give up, I attempted 4 times in 32 days and finally in my last attempted I scored 7.5 in the Writing and even 9.0 in the listening. I would certainly pay to do the IELTS preparation with you guys if I had more time to apply for my next visa. Thank you soooo much!!! I want to hug you!!!! I live in Melbourne, so if a crazy Brazilian guy come to you and say that he wants to hug you, this guy is me. 🥳🥳🥳

Hi, just wondering what you did to get out of that 6.5 zone. I've written 3 times now and have 99 in LS and 7.5 in R but stock at 6.5 in the written part in all my 3 attempts . It's frustrating .

@@StoryCrimeWithG Hey, I understand your frustration. I just got passed in my 4th attempt. I did the 4 tests in a row, like, week after week. I kept studying that entire month like a crazy, focusing on the linking words and memorizing the structure: intro, 2 body paragraphs and conclusion. Then just followed all the tips that E2 language give in their videos. You can do this! Good luck!

@@melque_au I'm considering Canada's as opposed to Australia bc I'm a teacher and need a 7 in writing to get my required screen to register for AiSL to get my PR. Don't want to move there on anything else but also need to sort out the Ielts thing be4 this month ends else I'll have to let it go.

@@StoryCrimeWithG oh, I quite feel what you are feeling now. I was feeling exactly the same when I did 4 attempts in 1 month. I needed to get that score to be able to apply for my new Student Visa to go to my Nursing Degree in Australia and my current Visa was about to expire. So yeah, that rush make things more difficult and our anxiety reaches unhealthy levels. Try to take a time to breath and relax. Good luck!

I just want to say thank you, I just receive my results which surpass by far my exceptations, I was aiming for and overall 6 score and I got 7, I know it is not perfect but is great fo me. particularly 8.5 on reading shocked me. However, I need to keep working on speaking and writing . I have to say that E2 was key to get that score.

I didn't do any study for my ielts test, I only got 6, it is really hard, and it's getting harder, I have been living in Canada 5 years, it really hurts my confidence, I would never take this dumb test again, trust me celpip is much easier, I was busy with my work, i couldn't study, but I only did it once I passed 9987. The big difference between those two tests is the content, ielts focus on hard English and not letting too many people immigrant to UK, celpip is focus on daily life in Canada. Good luck everyone, choose the test wisely, plz do not waste ur money on something stupid, it's not worth it.

"Both tests are available internationally" That's a bit too simplistic. I just checked the registration websites for both tests, and while IELTS is available in 133 countries, CELPIP is only available in 11 countries. In Africa, for instance, the CELPIP test is only available in Nigeria.

If you are to score me in this test, what would be my score? Here is the question: In many countries, the level of crime is increasing and crimes are becoming more violent. Why do you think it is and what can be done about it? My solution: So many countries are experiencing increased crime rates which are becoming deadly by the day. Developed countries notice high influx of people who come to search for jobs and opportunities and where on earth is there such need without arising problems? As people move to other places in search of opportunities, different problems arise. Overpopulation, immigration status and ethnic barriers have become a major problem that cannot be overlooked. Over populated countries most especially tend to have more need for much people and thus in turn lead to many opportunities they could find. However, when there is no much opportunities, these people tend to drive into crimes to sustain their living. Ethnic barriers also can lead to high crime rate due to immigration. Hence, when there is a challenge with communication and understanding, the crime rates of a country would experience a significant increment. That notwithstanding, there are solutions to these problems. Government should always enact laws to create opportunities for people without jobs or those searching for entrepreneurial opportunities. Although one has the necessary documents to move to another country, especially ones with different language with what he or she speaks, that person should learn the language of that country he or she is planning to go to so as to help with better communication. Despite the problems of crimes faced by most countries being serious, there are still opportunities that could be tapped into. Alternatively, one can learn the language of the country he or she is going to because understanding is a base for agreement and thus, crimes would be significantly reduced in people as as to understand each other. What do you think sir?
