This test accurately shows the proficiency level required to acquire band 8. I had similar level level of lexical resources at my disposal and manged to land an 8 in speaking test. Please do watch these videos and when examiner asks a question, just pause the video to answer yourself. You can then listen to the answer of interviewee and match your skill level.

But I think the leaders are made by their circumstances or the sequence of the events that happen. of course, it takes some special skills and abilities which may or may not inherited, but one has to work really hard to master those skills and abilities. But, on the other hand, Just mastering those skills and ability are not enough. the person should know the proper use of those abilities to overcome the challenges at the right time to be a good leader. Can leadership skill be taught? why or why not? Yes, I do think that leadership skill can be taught and learned because leaders are not extraordinary people nor they are born as leaders. However, the difference between the perspective leader and the others is that the perspective leaders make a stride and motivated to climb a ladder in order to help others and lead an organization where everybody else fails. Of course, some people have some nature of leadership skills and qualities, but it doesn't necessarily mean that others can't achieve them with hard work and education. I know but why are elected politicians often so unpopular? I think they are often so hated by many because they are financially corrupted and they can go to any extent to in order to oppress the poor and silence their critique. Also, they are often failed to fulfill the promises to ordinary citizens. They use the wealth in unfair ways. and when they are elected they usually forget their responsibilities and exercise power for their own benefits while ignoring the well-being of the majority of people. Then, what should a leader do to remain popular? I think generally speaking, leader has to understand the pulse of his or her supporter. Most of the time he also needs to be honest about how he chose his to fight for the cause of his supporter base, besides that a leader has to make sure that he doesn't earn his living by corruption or flexing his muscles in order to remain popular or a politician has to work really hard to deliver on the promises to remain popular. In your opinion, what qualities should a political leader have? In my opinion, in order to be a good political leader, a person have to have some common qualities which may included: patient, fairness, commitment and a good education qualification to understand the situation the dynamics and ability to around the public passion in a positive way. Besides that, a political leader should also have the quality to connect with his supporter and he is enable to know about either his supporters are happy or what makes him unhappy. Finally, he has to be honest, and dedicated to the cause of bringing solutions to the problems not only for support also for those people who don't support him. That was all good. We've reached the end of the speaking test. Thank you and have a nice day, thank you and same to you.

This is the speaking test of the international English languages testing system. My name is Smith. Good morning. Good morning. Can you please tell me your full name? It is Farha. How do you pronoun your first name again? FRAHA. What does your first name mean? It means happiness and pleasure. It means the girl who brings happiness to the world. What country do you come from? I am from Pakistan, from the capital city of. Very nice. Now moving on to the first part of the test. I would like to ask you some questions about yourself. First, tell me, are you a student or do you work? Currently, I am studying business school at Island University. What are you studying? I am studying for Diploma in business management. Very nice. Now, let's talk about how do you spend time when you're alone. Do you spend a lot of time by yourself? Not, to be honest I don't spend much time alone. I am always around people like my friends, classmates. What do you usually do when you're alone? I guess the only time when I am alone is when I am sleeping and studying in my room, other time I would watch the TV, or youtube or do something on the internet too, actually depends on my mood. So do you think it is important to have time to yourself? Yes, I do think that to have some time to yourself. Because it sometimes allows me to do things which I fully enjoy, also I can plan for my future life and I can reflect on the past too. because that is very important. I see, so let's move on to talk about your hometown. Ah, you're from Karachi, right? Yes, I am. Can you tell me about the countryside of Karachi? It's good. It is very quiet without any city problems. Actually, I used to live outside Karachi before. So I know it very well. You know our old house is still there. I would say it's very peaceful there, people are basically farmers, so no cars, trafgics.some time like that. I really like it, to be honest. So would you like to live in the countryside or a bigger city in the future? In the future, I would definitely select the countryside mainly because of the nature, lands, forrest, farms. You know I mean the air is pure, water is clean, no noise, no pollution. Then why do some people move to city from a rural area? Mainly because it allows them to have a better income opportunity and beside that some others move to the city because they become attracted towards flashy city life. I mean luxuries obviously because better earnings as most of the white color jobs are in the bigger cities. Also you know, some others also move to the city because of better education opportunities for their children. Do you know someone who moves to a bigger city? yes, most of my cousins live in the bigger city because of their education and job probably. Now, let's move on to the 2rd part of the speaking test. I am going to give you topic and I would like you to talk about it in 1 or 2 minutes. before you talk you'll have one minute to think about what you are going to say, you can make some notes if you wish. Do you understand? yes, I understand. here is your topic. Describe a leader or a politician whom you admire. Your preparation time is now over. Remember you will have one to two minutes for it and so don't worry if I stop you. I will tell you when the time is up. You can start speaking now please. The leader I would like to describe here is Mr..., the prime minister of Pakistan. To begin with, I have a lot of respect for him and I think it is very difficult to say anything about his accomplishment because he always worked very hard to make our country run properly. He used to be Cricketer and he was one of the cricketer and a caption of our international team and after retiring from Cricketer, he joined politics and now he is prime minister. As a leader, he has a lot of things and I believe generally he wants my country tobe in progress. he took efforts to find the roadblocks and save our country from corruption and I think the prime minister is very corrupt and he did all he could to improve the economy and the most importantly he created the equal right for men and women and reduce the social barriers. he become leader by winning the most votes in the public elections.

to all the people who think she does not deserve Band 8 are wrong. firstly, she is taking pauses in order to extend her vocabulary by speaking tougher words and making great sentences before she even start talking. a strategy which some of us can use, now the pause should not be so long that the examiner start to sleep. secondly, her accent have nothing to do with the band, examiners do not care about your accent as long as they can understand. so overall i agree that she got band 8 because she never repeated her words and due to pauses she was able to speak longer than 2 minutes.
