she is not a band 9 speaker actually 7.5 would be better as she didn't use any complete sentence and less exposure to subordinate clause

use idioms, try to be natural, be confident, use complex words, dont go out of the topic( it will significantly reduce your score), try to speak fluently and dont make any grammar mistakes. and good luck:D
