Not really examiners try doing it based on the standard but certainly it depends on examiners perspective. So there has always been underestimation and overestimation

There're 3 examiners.and they check differently. if you want to get 9, then i recommend this examiner. 😅

Who cares tho--Can't access KZread directly doesn't mean you can't access it at all. Everyone in China knows the VPN life. Maybe a bit of economy concern also, like favoring Chinese businesses. ‍People in China have alternatives: such as Bilibili, Acfun, Youku, iQIYI, Tencent Video, TikTok... the list goes on. Personally, I just prefer KZread over Bilibili, which is not the case for most Chinese people. Bilibili's got 330 million monthly active users（Datas of December 2023）

If I not mistaken, Mostly they come or graduated from reputable university in Korea, and English perhaps a consideration for the acceptance there, so they would take an course or academy before apply to these university.
