The first example is wrong, is written Lumblay, but the lady spells LUMLAY. Answer 1 is wrong , there is a 0 missing in the first part of telephone number.

It's correct 27th. Because she placed the order on the 20th and was expecting them to arrive in a week (7days). That means expected date of arrival is 20+7= 27th February.. when you listen to the audio open your mind and be technical. It's almost the same thing as saying in 1978 an explosion occured and a decade after things went back to normal. And a question is asked in what year were things back to normal. The answer is 1988 not 1978. I hope you understand the explanation to the questions.

There is books in the Recording. Open your mind wider and you will hear her talk of a bag filled with books she just got from the Library.
