Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing a letter to bring your attention to the local bus transportation. I take the bus at 8 o'clock every morning from Amritsar to Golden Temple. And I have to wait 30 to 40 minutes extra daily. Usually, the bus service is quite dull. As well on the buses, I have to stand up for a long time. And I reach to the office late. Mostly, buses are fully occupied by passengers due to overcrowding. The local bus station situation is not clean and there is insufficient space for waiting. Usually, people are complaining to the manager about broken seats and delayed timings. I would like to request the bus depot Manager. Kindly, provide the continuous bus frequency on all city routes. As well as maintain the bus station condition and run new buses in the city area. Yours faithfully, Patwant Singh
