Had an American neighbor in Valencia Spain, who had this type of home. You can't leave it vacant , the place was burglarized and vandalized. He finally stopped replacing anything as even the whole kitchen was carted away.

@@mostafamoussaid2786 , welcome. I have lived and bought many places in the world but I will never buy anywhere that I don't live full time. You have to consider taxes, currency exchange , restriction (covID ), confiscation ( like what they did to Russian). We are living in lawless times.

Is amazing I had a villa in Marbella but this is unique tranquility and regenerative place … can heal several people … meditation etc etc is amazing !!

Asturias is a great place to live. But I admit to being very biased - I can't think of anywhere in the world that I'd rather be.

@@vikingrollo8012 , Look at town near Alicante, Benidorm, Valencia. The weather is great there, just in August is hot but for some people they loved it.

Being a big city person, I can imagine how dark it is at night, and they have wolves in Asturias. It also snows in the winter.

Honest questions : How can I reach this area to explore first ? What is the nearest airport or big city ? ( I'm in Ireland now) Second question: This property has all the paperwork ready to sell ? Taxes , ayuntamiento registrations ? Thanks

The nearest airport is Asturias (Oviedo), an hour from the cabaña, but it has no direct flights from Ireland so you could either fly via Madrid or Santander normally has direct flights from Dublin with Ryanair and is about 2 hours drive, although with Covid I think there are currently less flights than normal. Bilbao airport is about 3 hours drive. There are also ferry options into Santander and Bilbao. The property has all the paperwork ready to sell and is up to date on all taxes. It is registered as a 'vivienda' (house or dwelling) and is legal for year-round living and you can empadronar at the Ayuntamiento from there. It is located in a highly protected natural area where it is not possible to change the use to tourism purposes so it is not possible to obtain a licence to rent it as a holiday let, so if that is something that you are interested in that is important to note. If you have any other questions please do just let me know.

This cabaña does have some appeal, a personality, seems life in it would have a loving texture. An area’s participation in last year’s scheme would diminish the value of properties, hope Asturias was mostly OK.

Para alquilar un finde con la pareja estupendo, para comprar no lo veo. Mas problemas que satisfacciones.

Mmmmmmmm llegas un día ..... las placas missing, la puerta reventada y todo patas arriba. Pero es una preciosidad de refugio en medio de la naturaleza. Espero que la disfrute el comprador.

Muy chula la cabaña, pero el precio no esta acorde si bien es subjetivo y cada quien coloca el precio que cree de acuerdo a costos y expectativas

Le han puesto el precio para extranjeros, yo si quieren les puedo vender un coche con 250000 km por 15000 € para ir hasta la cabaña
