I have a relationship and have Ben found my identity and Christ and still don’t know “what I want to be” I do everything. I wanna be everything. Why should it be one thing

In the NKJV it says 9 better is the sight of the eyes than the wandering of the desire: this is also vanity and vexation of the spirit. 10 that which hath been is named already, and it is known that it is man: neither may he contend with him that is mightier than he. I find it interesting the ways different translations put verses. I just wanted to share because when i heard you read that verse from your bible i was like, “whoa I want to see!” And it sounds totally different. Do you know of other places this concept is portrayed in scripture? I would like to read more on this.

Hi, thanks for this question! It definitely is interesting how the different translations lay out scripture. We pulled this from the NLT version and also only specifically looked at verse 10...I know that this video I referenced verse 9 and 10, but I only meant verse 10, so apologies for that mis-reference. Definitely learning and growing in the Word ourselves and we'll definitely make sure to accurately divide the Word as we share our revelations.
