Pre-certs may have come with unregulated and uncensored movies but I have to admit more than once they have the best logos. I didn't even know a Japanese film distribution company released video nasties until I saw a logo page on the old CLG Wiki. Anyone with knowledge of the name, do not hesitate to drop me a comment.
