Tissue boxes (especially long ones) and other cardboard boxes are also a great and cheap alternative to store-bought organizers. You can cut them in the middle and adjust them to the size you need 🙂 you can also wrap them in nice paper or (spray) paint them to make them more aesthetically pleasing.

That pass through counter is brilliant! You should offer to sell it to your landlord when you move. It definitely increases the value of the apartment.

I love your content! Just a small tip for framing your videos... It looks like you have a lot of headroom in your sitdown shots. If you look up "the rule of thirds" for video, that will help! Basically, your head should be closer to the top of the frame, not in the middle.
