I play guitar, but listening is a separate endevor and I have no advantage in it. She had her own highly developed technique, and like the greats of the time also used the technique in service of sound and passion rather than to impress. Like a few others, she's in a category of her own. Obviously, she was competing in a "man's world" to boot.

They used to be able to record the classical guitar with an intimacy and variety/beauty of tone that seems to be lacking with modern technology. I know she was a world class talent, but the same instrument played by a modern counterpart, recorded today might be pristine, but would lack some essential quality that seems to have got lost along the way IMO.

as Robin Green once said "repetition is the death of art". Since you repeat your assertion twice, one must come to the conclusion that you are neither an artist nor a judge. Ida Presti had no equal in her time, nor has anyone since approached the level of technicality which she employed in her guitar playing.

Bear in mind that she was 14 years old when this was recorded. She had a performed concerts afterwards as a solo guitarist before giving over 2,000 duet guitar concerts with her husband, Alexandre Lagoya. Ida Presti was one of the best guitarists of the twentieth century. Her technique was unmatched but more importantly her musicianship and interpretive skills were at a high level.

This kicks Segovias choppy playing to the curb. No comparison. His biggest forte was that he was first to do many things. As a guitarist, he was inferior to many other contemporaries, like Jose Ray De LA Torre, Ida Presti and (dare I say it) Narciso Yepes.
