What a crazy win!
Chris Taylor tied the game in the 9th with Will Smith's aggressive baserunning. Then, Mookie Betts shows off the cannon (Don't run on Mookie) and Smith applies a great tag to keep the runner from scoring in the 10th. Finally, James Outman the extra innings hero.

Yup- that was ssssick- super aggressive- especially running through the "stop" sign and then turning his head to look at the 2nd baseman just to confirm his instincts. That was as CLUTCH as you're gonna get right there baby :-)

@@kcccwhey6368 Negative- he looked over his shoulder real quick and saw the 1st baseman deflect it- that's why he committed to going. Especially at that level, you don't assume a ball goes through to the outfield :-)

And the INCREDIBLE tag without the blocking violation too! This is why I firmly believe that Smith is better than Barnes without a doubt!
Didn’t know it’s been 17 years since the Dodgers had a 9th inning comeback similar to this. I do remember vividly the game on Sept. 18, 2006 vs. Padres where LA hit 4 consecutive HR to tie and walking it off with Nomar’s blast in the 10th.

Outman is "Out" of this world! So glad to see him starting to look like himself from early in the season.
Last time coming back by 4 runs, 17 YEARS since that 4 dinger + 1 9th inning come back..... this time 4 + 1 smart small ball!
Every season for the past 10 years has felt like magic.

I see this win being a great big shot in the blue arm of my Dodger's. A win like this is no doubt a huge confidence builder. All around team effort. I love. Now to get that on two punch of Betts and Freeman working like it was meant to be. Way to step up clutch Outman. Go forever Dodger's.

Kiermeyer blew that catch, he jumped up and to his left, if he jumps straight up, he catches that all day.
04:55 camera angle says it all. It was a great call by the home plate ump. You can actually see Kiermaier's hands at least 4 inches away from home plate, and simultaneously you can see Smith's glove crunching against Kiermaier's knee
