You still see talonflame but not as leads more like safe switch or closer

I've ben running a similar team since the Holiday Cup, with the exception of using Bubble Jellicent instead of Poliwrath. I've mostly had positive sets, however tend to get horribly core broken by Talonflame or Skeledirge users (however pivoting into Charjabug if you get a Talonflame lead can either get 2 shields to your 1 from the opponent, or force a switch of their own to potentially help realign the Jellicent onto the Talonflame)

Icy Wind Abomasnow was quite prevalent during the Spring Cup earlier this year.

Iv been using Abomasnow and iv had a great run for two days. Had a little bit problem with basti lead (grassholes)

Abomasnow with icy wind may just survive an extra boosted incinerate from Talonflame. Great video HSH

And to add maybe you would have lost at 11:10, but that was now a triple debuffed non-stab counter user so idk if you could have powder snowed down to win. I’ve definitely been there though and surrendered when I made a bad play but nonetheless awesome video

The difference of being on the lead is insane. This is the first time I have ever seen someone put Obama on the lead. Every other player I’ve seen this season would use it as a save swap, giving my charjabug in the back a delicious cold salad.

I haven’t seen them at all give it a good on the lead the meta has shifted a little away from Vig I haven’t seen it at all
