Sir, What to do if a patient came to a non PCI facility hospital and they can be transferred to a PCI facility within 2 hr,but the patient is very unstable and having a extensive STEMI.Should we thrombolyse them or transfer to PCI facility?

Sir what's your window period for stroke thrombolysis is it 4.5 hrs or 5/6hrs . Some doctors do thrombolysis up to 6hrs how good is that sir???

No, no trial or study like that... rescue PCI is the answer.
