What should I do to avoid severe hypertension during titration other than following 5 min rule? Titrating levophed. Hx of chf mitral valve severe regurg end stage renal pulmonary flush edema with pulmonary htn. Swings in BP were horrific. 70/50 on 0.6 levo plus steady Vaso you go to 0.7 or 0.8 it sky 🚀 to 200/100 than goes back down in a few min via titration down back to where it was. Would adding a drug could help? We also were running dialysis.

Speaker doesn’t have a good handle on AngII but that’s typical for a glorified bean counter. I would recommend finding the talk Dr L Chawla gave discussing Athos3 and AngII on youtube.
