Iconic Cappadocia Food! Testi Kebab at Best Restaurant in Goreme!

One of the best restaurants in Cappadocia for testi kebab, an iconic Turkey street food, of clay pottery kebab stew. So delicious! I loved this Turkish restaurant in Goreme that I went twice. And they are also one of the few restaurants in Goreme that had lamb testi kebab because most only had beef pottery kebapi.

Thank you! Just want to better understand things: You said it was rice vermicelli on your first comment, but said this type doesn't use rice flour. I assume it's wheat flour? Can you still call it rice vermicelli if it doesn't use rice flour?

Pardon I made (midnight) a mistake. Yes I meant non rice vermicelli at first as well. Sorry for confusing you.🤗🤗🤗 It is called tel sehriye and is made of hard wheat semolina. (No eggs, no rice flour; always shortened pieces). Vermicelli are an Italian lonh thin pasta shape, nearly forgotten there. But popular as rice vermicelli in lots of Asian etc. countries nowadays
