Y’know it’s funny, Ichigo literally had endgame level power since the start of the series but had so many limiters holding him back (self doubt, Quincy side, the badge, etc). If Zangetsu went all out here literally no one could have been able to stop him.

Funny part. Going back to this, you realize he didn't say ANYTHING at all. He just screech and choke her with a wicked smile that made her scare and nearly cry from panic. At this point, he was in control and did what he needed to do. Get them to make Ichigo stronger. He held back and acted out the berserker they werent expecting and that Ichigo assume he was. He protected Ichigo from her yes, but he could have kill her and the rest. But he needed them to TEACH Ichigo to get stronger to avoid him dying.

@@matth4069 Isn't VL slightly above captain level? Going against 4 captains and 4 vice captains (with their hollow mask boost) might be enough to subdue him. If Shinji would've used his shikai hypnosis ability, it would be very useful against an enemy that doesn't try to think and only go by instinct. I dunno about his bankai ability (I haven't read the manga), so it might be even more useful. Same with the others

@@matth4069 I'm aware. It depends on the Captain I suppose. Ulquiorra in segunda etapa might outclass Less experienced/weaker captains like Soi-fon or Toshiro, but I don't see him beating Zaraki, Shunsui, Ukitake, Gin or Tousen. Even if Vizards were mid-level captains, but with hollow boost and bankai (plus 4 of them in addition to the 4 vice captains), they shouldn't really lose. Shinji's shikai would even the playing field; making VL miss most of his attacks.

@@lazarx804 it's all subjective. We could argue about it all day. The VL ichigo we saw only had a fraction of his Shihakushō so you have to keep that in mind as well.

Just goes to show just how powerful Ichigo's hollow is compared to the Vizards. His hollow nearly killed someone who is supposedly an expert at controlling their own hollow.

Ichigo won the genetics lottery by being a) a descendant of noble blood (even if it's just a branch of the Shiba family), b) his mother was a *originally* a pure blood Quincy before she got attacked by white, and c) his inner hollow was a vasto lorde class created using the soils of shinigami as it's base

This is one of my favourite scenes. It says so much in so little time

This anime is what got me in the manga... I was gutted when it finished and had to know how the story ends... its the first manga series I ever purchased... the new season is GONNA BE EPIC

as much as I love Hiyrori This was a fantastic Scene! Showing How powerful Ichigos Hollow form truly is.

Hiyori was at a disadvantage from the start. She was a lieutenant for a man who showed he could body her 6 ways to Sunday then go for a run back in the space of time it took for her to land her dropkick and took a dive so SHE could save face and Ichigo was not only TRAINED by that man but he also feared ichigo's power. Man literally showed her what the threat of death felt like.

The fact that when ichigo's sword starts to break is when his hollow comes out, is really good foreshadowing

Ichigo's hollow: Say that shit to me again! Oh wait you cant 😂

This is almost the same as sage mode. Whenever you lost concentration there will be consenquences like being a frog or being controlled by a monster. And both of these add really high power when you use them rightly but only ends fataly when you can't use it.

Not only does he not want to be consumed by it, he knows damn well the damage that his hollow can do. On top of that, Ichigo is not the type of person to start a senseless fight, nor will he kill. He considers the vizards his comrades and had no intention of hurting any of them. Too bad she does not see him the same way. Its funny how all of them look at him with contempt, then get scared when his hollow REALLY comes out. At least now they know what they are dealing with.

By this point in the season Ichigo could barely use any of his spiritual energy without White immediately grasping for dominance of his soul. Even just walking around in his human form his Hollow would bubble up to the surface. Hiyori was asking for it.

I dont know why, but this is one of my favorite scenes in bleach. the full hollow against ulqiorra is nice, but this was just, wait, what, oh no ichigo! "hollow doesn't even do one attack".... what the...

His scream was so badass tho its the coolest

scene is so satisfying, Hiyori talked so much trash and bashed Ichigo for being afraid of his hollow, we'll he clearly had every right to be, white was way stronger than her hollow by far.

Hiyori was with her vizard mask, in control, ichigo loose it to his hollow kill machine. Hiyori's hollow wasn't there since she mutated for the first time a 100 years ago, you see how masked ichigo (in control) was way weaker than the hollow here or against ulquiorra?

I always thought that was the point, she was deliberately goading him into letting the hollow out when he was trying so hard to surpress it. In the end she just underestimated how strong it would be😂😂

The funny thing is is that Zangetsu is like an overprotective parent. as soon as ichigos life is in danger he will kill anyone who stands in his way.

She was so SHOOK after that, all of them were. LMAO. LOVED the feeling of early Bleach.
