Oh yes, Iceland has one of the most scenic places in the world in fact very unique and out of this world in some remote areas but it’s just very cold that most of the time you can’t fully enjoy the beauty it has to offer. In the Philippines, his family will not have to wear those thick and layered clothes but only shirt, shorts, sandals and a hat😉 They can even enjoy swimming and frolic under the sun with their bare feet

True but mostnof the water attractions are mostly for the eyez coz either thry are too cold or hot to dip in. Mostly hotsprings and strong waterfalls, u really can not play in most of them

Happy Thanksgiving to all! The realization of your dream "family visit" finally realized. You looked so very happy, it's palpable in your body language and demeanor. Thank God, there is a respite of pandemic that made it possible to travel to the Philippines. I believe Pres. Marcos lifted some travel restrictions - less hassle I'd say - good for the tourism industry too! Effect of the pandemic put the whole world on hold for two plus years. Unfortunately, the pandemic is rising again based on statistic and according to experts. Glad that your dad, his partner and brother came before another pandemic might hit back the world for the third time. Soak up and immerse into the togetherness of the family - relish and treasure the moment. Sherlyn on the other hand is a good host, showed your family what she's good at - her diving prowess. She has the right move diving down the abyss undulating smoothly and coming up. While walking, I noticed she squatted showing your dad something on the ground "a plant or something". On several occasions, I heard her identifying plant names to you. Following your vlog, I am seeing more and more of Sherlyn's many sides, her talent and knowledge of her surroundings. She got the right mold, good fit to your family - she's a keeper! People grew up in an environment like hers tend to become more practical in life and think wisely for themselves as oppose to people grew up sheltered. To be successful in any competition, a person joining the contest need to have self discipline because self disciple builds up character to help them focus and attain the ability to work towards achieving their target without distraction. The beauty pageantry she joined was a perfect example of building up good attitude and character and she got both. Her humble beginning and the kind of exposure of environment she grew up made her smarter and wiser. She doesn't seem to have the "me me me" attitude.

Crazy how the water is really blue, not just in videos and pictures. Most river water is either dark or like a latte coffee, but kawasan water is different. I don't know why.

It’s almost a year from the super typhoon that hit the South of Cebu and it’s amazing how nature regrow back to itself before the calamity. It’s super green now and the water is just blue. The only thing still slow to recuperate is the infrastructure. Like the area where you stand Finn in Moalboal, there used to be a cemented pathway but seems like the people who have business there didn’t even bother to repair or improve the area. If tourists are booming in Moalboal now, the operators and business owners alike should have improved common areas where divers and swimmers usually converge. Make the areas presentable and relaxing to hang out and sit while waiting for the tour guides. I don’t know, it still look like the typhoon just hit them a month ago. Sorry but c’mmon it’s the most visited tourist area in the South. At least show us where the environmental fees are going, Moalboal 😢😮
