I was 16 years old when this came out in 1986. Icehouse was a big part of the soundtrack to my teenage years. Never stopped listening!

Almost 40 years on and still my favorite Icehouse/Flowers song. The lyrics have real meaning but the rhythm always had me hooked first.

Bands like Icehouse, A-ha, Toto, Tears for Fears, U2, INXS, Duran Duran, Seal, and Bryan Ferry continue to influence today's music trends significantly.

This music is part of that list of Special songs of the world. This one has powers, has something spiritual. Never heard anybody who listened and said " OK, whatever"

I sure miss this music. The 70’s & 80’s were a great time for music. I would love to have a time machine & go back in time to spend time being a part of it again. To be carefree & to be able to afford life would be wonderful. This is the closest thing to a time machine we have.

This IS Pure Class 👍😀👍…The Majority of today’s music pales into insignificance compared this GEM of a song.

You just can't beat songs like this and why it sounds as fabulous now as it did then. I know we're not supposed to notice but Iva looks particularly good in this one.

I don't really understand these remasters, it seems that the master that was used doesn't have that much quality, it would certainly be better if it was taken from 35mm film, it could be in 5K quality. Or you could get the masters that were broadcast on ABC Australia, on the program "Rage" the image is very good.
