We have two Chai Tea options. Spiced Chai (powder) and Oregon Chai (liquid). In this video we are making a spiced dirty chai which "dirty" just means we are adding shots of espresso. Espresso goes best with the powder chai but some people choose to add it to the liquid Oregon Chai.
If making an iced Spiced Chai make sure the powder is fully melted and incorporated into the drink. No clumps should be in the drink.
