Our pick in condense milk is cowbell because it's the cheapest. I like spanish latte I will try this recipe thanks.
Thx for the information ❤ P.S. I like your dogs bombastic side eye 😂😂
Yes mam i used cowbel and its better than carnation.
Can you make a review of Alaska and carnation Condensed milk, not the condensada (these are condensed creamer)? Thank you

Cute dog by the way! 😊 Can you make a review of evaporated milks as well? Thanks! 🙂
It turned out the one I was doing at home is Spanish latte! I was thinking why it wasn't being offered before on coffee shops as I find condensed milk in coffee delicious but I would further add creamer as condensed milk isn't creamy enough for me.

Haven’t used carnation since its expensive but i always buy Alaska Condensed since it has this resealable pouch so the condensed milk doesn’t spoil easily.

Dati Carnation Po gamit ko SA Spanish latte, pero parang nabago Ang lasa and iba na UNG texture nya, kaya cowbell na ginagamit ko mura na masarap pa 😊 salamat Po sa inyo. Madami Akong nakukuhang tips sa into 😊😊. God Bless Po 😇
Carnation has this distinct taste which is best for halo-halo only in my opinion. My personal preference for a latte would be Liberty condensed milk.
So what's the difference between Vietnamese coffee and Spanish latte? Here in the U.S. I use California Farms or Carnation condensed milk. But Carnation is used mostly for baking. LOVE THE DOGGIE!
@rizasri
Жыл бұрын
Vietnamese Coffee uses condensed milk and a Phin to brew the coffee. Brewed coffee and condensed milk typically taken hot. Spanish Latte as I make it is coffee (espresso or any strongly brewed coffee) + small amount of condensed milk and foamed milk.
I think Carnation, was exposed to higher temperature, that's why it got so thick and dark like that, just my opinion, but I might be wrong, I always buy Alaska brand and that's what happened when I put it on a hot place for a period of time.
Hi, I'm from México city and here we use the Nestlé brand of condensed milk, it's very rich, creamy, fluid texture, sweeter, add more, less sweet, add less. It's name is La Lechera , whit an approximate price of 24 pesos USD 1.19.

I dip French bread in that brand condensed milk and it is sooooo good. I normally get the squeeze bottle version so I can stick it in the fridge without having to move it to a different container.
I always use milkmaid. 😋 I will try cow bell. I have one here and I don’t trust it because I’m unfamiliar with it. 😅

For me: Condensed Milk is quite better to dissolve in the espresso shot rather than on the milk. :)
What will be the ratio for this fir 16 and 22oz mam?
Good Morning, I have a question for you I love coffee , since I had surgery I am advised to stay away from caffeine, long story short it affects my staple area in my intestines. What decaf’s do you recommend to make the version of coffees you make. You are amazing
@rizasri
Жыл бұрын
I am not sure which decaffeinated coffee is available where you are. If you need to stay away from coffee altogether you might wish to try alternatives like Hojicha green tea. :-)
@tonettesaldana3134

I agree. Do try hojicha tea and make it a hojicha latte. Hojicha is roasted green tea with a nutty flavor and reminiscent of coffee (imo).

How about the milk what brand or kind of milk did you used?
Hi Ma'am! I was wondering why Alaska wasn't included? ehehe... I have my own recipe btw po! I hope you'll try it, but it was thru using a Moka Pot po. Here's the full recipe po: -20g ground coffee medium roast, 170-180ml water -30ml condensed milk (Alaska) -100ml evaporated milk (Alaska) or 150ml fresh milk -10 iced cubes I would say it's about 90-95% close to Arabica/Angkan's Spanish Latte! And I'm super proud to have formulated my own take on theirs... I didn't use the evaporada and condensada as the creamer taste wasn't my vibe.
There is a beautifully black dog in the background that will like to contribute too 😂😂❤

I noticed all the products you showed are labeled sweetened condensed creamer. I know Alaska has a sweetened condensed filled milk. Is that one any different?
@rizasri
Жыл бұрын
These days, they make them sweetened condensed creamer which tends to be creamier. This is really the same product as sweetened condensed milk except the ingredients frequently contain items other than sugar and milk which may include: vegetable oil (palm oil), whey powder, skim milk powder, maltodextrine, carrageenan, salt and lactose. You may use either one.

Their is a difference between Condensed Milk Creamer/ Condesada from Condensed Milk. The price speaks itself, MILKMAID Condensed milk for example range from P88-100. While Condesada range from P35-50.

I tried the Alaska condensed labeled as condensed filled milk. It is the yellow one, classic deisgn, it is different from the blue which is "condensed creamer" I would say Alaska condensed "Yellow" is in the same ballpark as that Carnation condensed milk. By the way i bought this Alaska Condensed @ ₱67.50 But, I bet, milkmaid would be the best, I just can't seem find one.in my area. Thanks for the video, amazing and informative as always ma'am.
