Iceburgh is a staple at Penguins games. Cheering, sliding down railings... Iceburgh does it all! But the Penguins didn't always have a mascot. Martha Johnson ultimately kick-started the creative process with the Penguins front office, and after some design work, Iceburgh was hatched. He’s one of my favorite mascots.
Iceburgh and I have been good friends for years. I usually go out of my way to see him during games.

I remember the Pizza Hut naming contest for Iceburgh as a kid

Great to see clips of Badger Bob and his wife here as well as Scotty Bowman, great part of Penguins history!!
the best mascot in the world . leeeets go penguins take that longest winning streak 8 mooore to go , and after that the cup for the perfect season .
He’s my fav mascot every year and he is cute😉😉
Never forget Iceberg is the only NHL mascot to canonically kill someone because of Sudden Death.

I thought Iceburgh was killed by industrial dish washer in 1995.
