If you like ice sculptures and stuff check out Frankenmuth Michigan every year they do a snowfest and line the whole street with nothing but ice sculptures carved from chainsaws live carving snow carving and lots of good food

I went to something very similar, only it was themed to A Christmas Story. I think it was even called Ice. Was awesome in any case. The back and forth between you and Jenn is hysterical, and I loved Jacob's rant about the nutcrackers.😂😂😂 And I spent a year in Nashville one weekend. Also, for the record, I still hear the bell, and I think I always will. Merry Christmas, my friends.

I HAAAAAAATE being cold. I would never in a million years pay money to see ice sculptures if it meant being in a cold environment to see them. So thank you, Jacob and Jenny, for showing me something I would NEVER go see in person!

One of my favorite Christmas movies. There is also an actual polar express train ride that comes to different cities. I think there’s an online schedule if you’re interested in doing that as well

Literally the 'coolest' thing I've ever seen

The train stops when the reindeer are standing on the tracks. The train at another point goes completely off the rails and goes across a lake of ice. It also goes round and round up a hill. Polar Express does have unique animation and is unusual,but I love it. I try to watch it every year if possible.

If you did not know, this area used to be an amusement park called Opryland (hence the name). As a child I spent pretty much every weekend there. Today the Gaylord Hotel and Opry Mills Mall occupies the space.

I love the Polar Express. My favorite Christmas movie of all time.

Yeah i love Gaylord Opryland resort. Ive been to ice which is really fun and just walking around the hotel during Christmas is definitely really pretty. Every year i think they decorate just a little bit different.

My little town has a railroad station, but no tracks or trains. No 711’s not even a bowling alley anymore. But we do have Subway sandwiches and Home Depot venues ! And never any snow.
