Hola Maria Ortiz asi se llama la herrmienta que estoy usando. Los metes a la nevera y te das un masaje frio delicioso! a mi me ha gustado. Ayuda full a desinflamar. Por eso lo uso por la manana. Los puedes conseguir en amazon. Saludos 🤗🤗
