Prisoners are not hostages. They are in prison for wrongdoing and their stories not remotely credible, often disgusting lies, especially regarding fantasy sexual assault by rather matronly women, highly unlikely! None of that happened. Women were not raped. Women and children were not intentionally killed. No babies were targeted or burnt. Yes, many civilians were killed, more than 800. Hama's started objectives were to take back hostages for use of negotiation. This is why three of Hamas leaders are in trouble for criminality. Then we have Israel. They are totally evil.

However it means that the many signatory countries such as Britain cannot shelter or allow Satanyahu or Gallant to enter its country without immediate arrest. It also means moving forward with arms supply to a leader with an international arrest warrant is now a crime of complicity for those ICC signatories. If you read the full UN definition of terrorism, it clearly states that supporting or funding/training of a group as a third party designated as terrorists or a group or rogue government/state committing unlawful acts in conflict against civilians is a criminal act of complicity by that third party. Therefore as of now, Britain, US, Germany are funding a terrorist action if they continue to supply or fund Netanyahu's actions.

How many of the judges in the ICC are Muslim. Stop embarrassing yourself. The Rome statute was not written into law by a Muslim leader or country and the majority of signatories are not Muslim countries either. This decision was put to a vote in the ICC. So now you don't accept democratic policies? Perhaps you would prefer a dictatorship then..
