Totally with you. Calling people still wet behind the years as Vidushi or Vidwan has diluted the respect given for those titles. Also, anything done as routine tends to lose its value. A title should be earned not given out. There is absolutely no disrespect if those terms are not used. If there is, it exists only in the minds of those who seek false approbation.

Plz mention vidwan and vihusi ...give respect and take respect..

Adding the title does not automatically mean that you respect them; the opposite is also not true. See my reply below to Shri. V.Ramamurthy's comment.
