Spoiler below in this message. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz Having watched some of these livestreams before but not knowing a significant amount of knowledge more than a casual observer. Between the 11th and 13th minute on this stream, the official seems to give a visual gesture to one opponent and moments later is observing the blue opponent. The official then seems to talk to the blue competitor who is still prone, face down on the floor. My basic understanding of the match and rules is that in this category both competitors must be totally or almost totally blind. The blue competitor seems to be totally deaf blind too. Is that normal or just a series of unfortunate moments??
