I enjoyed visiting the refuge on this early spring morning and finding a bunch of birds around what appears to be a very large rookery just south west of the main boat ramp. Saw a few snakes and a gigantic croc as well but did not get good pictures of them. I did get a good picture of a one-eyed White Ibis in flight that you can see in this slideshow.
