Just wow!!!! An amazing property indeed! Just one walk from end to end of this Hotel will burn enough calories for every meal plus give you an amazing excursion. A perfect getaway for ppl who would want to just relax at a property. Your editing was super clean & it almost seemed like you took us for a beautiful walk down the picturesque lanes of this beautiful resort! Indeed very tempting to visit Cuba after this. Yes you can surely get a good dose of exercise just walking the resort! But best place to walk when possible is along the Varadero Beach! That beach goes on for miles and having the waves hit you feet is such a great feeling! Glad you liked the editing, first time doing a video of this type so trying different editing styles! I plan to make a review video of the resort next so that will be a bit different than this one! So there can be a compare and contrast after that is done! It was a pleasure to put this together and glad you enjoyed! Hope we can all enjoy many more such vacations in life! :)

Aw thanks for the awesome comment Gabby! This video is more of a walkthrough. I plan to make another follow up video where it will be more of a review vs. a tour style video. So in combination the two videos will give a more in depth feel for this resort and what it has to offer!

Cuba is a wonderful country with wonderful people and the beach here is like a dream. I am confident you're going to have a fantastic time! I have been on 4 different resorts including this in Cuba. I found this to be the best so far. They have thought of the needs of their guests and provided almost everything. In the washroom we had enough supply of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer to use after taking shower. We also got robes. This made me feel great. Iron and ironing table which I never found in other resorts. By the way great video Kaygee. Keep up your good work.

Thanks for the detailed comment Pops! It was funny when you declared this the best resort we've come to right on the first night! :D The hair dryer was fantastic as I used it after each shower! Good quality too! The amenities offered here were top notch indeed! Thanks for the comment on the video, first time doing this style of video, I shall keep it up going forward! :)

Thanks for the amazing comments! It surely is a paradise there! Drinks on the beach is great and this is the advantage of all inclusive resorts! They make everything so easy to do and enjoy! For sure, the beach is excellent and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I will be following up with a resort review video which will break down my experiences and tips for anyone who eventually wants to visit this resort. Might be harder to do so from USA but who knows, if you ever make it there you'll be off and running as soon as you arrive!

Thanks for watching and the comment. Food was pretty good. They had plenty of fish, seafood, chicken and pork for meat options. Beef was not available. Lots of eggs for breakfast which I like, salads, pizza, desserts, ice cream etc. One tip is to go to the cooking stations as they cook everything fresh and it is better than picking up something in the hot pans. Sometimes they are sitting for a while and are cold. So best to get it freshly cooked and you're good. I also suggest to leave small tips for the chefs and they are happy and remember you next time you come around and make your food extra nice! I also like to get fresh cooked omelettes in the morning. They have juice and I typically get tea as well. For coffees, espressos and cappuccinos, not really the best but if you go to that star cafe it's a bit better. Best drinks at lobby bar. But no shortage of food, plenty available to eat all day long!

I chose Royalton.First time in Cuba on Eastet week😊

Awesome, glad you enjoyed the tour! Wifi was really only properly accessible in the front lobby and lobby bar area. Didn't really work well anywhere else. I was in building 12 which is not too far from the lobby so it still worked at times for for me in room but it was hit and miss with that. If you're in a building farther away probably no connection. When you are connected you can check e-mails, chat on WhatsApp etc, so I would suggest to forget about internet there as much as possible and enjoy the amenities and beach! :)

@@kachonglow Lol, you could say so. I would just check e-mails in the evening and practice a bit of Spanish with my Duolingo for a bit, but the rest of the time enjoy the actual vacation, beach, food, activities, shows etc. Also pack some mosquito repellant for the night time. When you go to the theatres to watch the shows they will get you in there if you don't spray the repellant. All tropical places have them and they come out at sundown and on, so be prepared for that too. They are not bad, but they are around!

Great video. Please tell me this. I have knee issues and going up and down stairs is a problem wirh me. Does this resort have facilities in place (ramps? golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (is. from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) Thanks so much h, Steve S.

Thanks for watching. I did not see golf carts taking people around, but overall the access is pretty straightforward if you can walk. You can ask for a ground floor room. I believe one of the beach access points has a ramp. My walkthrough pretty much shows all parts of the resort so you can make an educated guess based off what you see and your condition to decide if it is for you.

Do you know why Bldg. 20 is set off away from all of the other residence bldgs?

I don't know why building 20 is randomly off on its own. I assume there is a reason but I couldn't tell you why. I can say it is close to the spa area so maybe its for the people who like to make use of the spa facilities but that is only a guess.

Are all restaurants included? As the all inclusive package?

Yes the a la carte restaurants are included as part of the all inclusive package. Depending on how many nights you book your trip for, you get access a certain number of times. For example we booked a 1 week stay and that includes 3 a la carte dinners. Therefore we booked one night at each of the three available.

This is a great resort for families so assuming your girls like spending family time together I would say this place is great. The beach is wonderful, they have shows at night time, a small night club to dance at after the shows are over, activities by the pool in the daytime etc. For me I love being on the beach the most so if they enjoy the beach life this place is one of the best for that! Hope that helps! :)
