We were just there a couple of weeks ago. Honestly one of the best resorts.they make you feel so welcome. One time the concierge literally went around the whole resort helping me go look for some change. If you go make sure you try their roast beef or breakfast ham. I WISH I WAS STILL THERE

We stayed at Iberostar Cancun 3weeks ago! Had the best times!!! Beautiful clean resort, and great friendly staff! All inclusive, yummy Buffet was really good (breakfast/lunch/dinner), and we enjoyed the restaurants too (make reservations as they book fast) Bistro, Japanese, steak house, American, 24hr cafe, snack bars located by the pool/beach area. Drinks up whoo hoo, fun activities in the pool, aqua marine blue ocean, palm trees, watch beautiful sunrise/sunset, also hammocks to relax in ‘twas paradiso !!! Definitely returning to Iberostar 2022

Great video you guys..Loved how you identified everything as you walked along. That's very helpful. Please tell me this. I have knee issues and going up and down stairs is a problem wirh me. Does this resort have facilities in place (ramps, golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (ie: from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) Thanks so much h, Steve S

Headed there next month! Thanks for the video, it really helped me get a feel of the layout. Have you been to other Iberostar’s throughout Mexico? Was there a particular restaurant that stood out above the rest for dinner?

Hi! So happy for you, you will have an amazing time at this hotel If you are traveling with no kids I suggested to check out Coral hotel right next to Iberostar main building (it's Iberostar too, just other building and adults only, it's built more recently, has a more modern vibe) No I haven't been in other Iberostar hotels. I am a picky eater thats why I prefer buffet, there is always something delicious for me there thats why I didn't try all the restaurants, but I read tripadvisor reviews and a lot of them say that japanese restaurant and steakhouse was amazing. Hope my answer helped you 😊

@@PoolsideTravels Thank you. We are traveling with kids but have been to the iberostar Grand in Jamaica. You are right, the buffets have so much good food it’s often times the best choice for dinner. Thanks again for the reply!

When was this filmed? I know hotel zone has a seaweed problem in the summer, but the water looks really clear here

This was filmed last spring, the water was perfect and any seaweed the beach had was cleaned up every morning by hotel staff. From what I have read in Tripadvisor forums, you can't really predict when and for how long the beaches will be affected by seaweed. For example I have went to Mexico in January for 2 years in a row and one year the beach was beautiful and the second year it was covered in piles of seaweed...

Great video....was there a dress code for the buffet? I know some buffets you can't wear sleeveless shirts or tank tops to dinner

Hi! During the day they have dancing lessons and foam parties where people are dancing. In the evenings/during the night there is a sports bar that is open and it's like a club people go dancing there. Hope this helps 😊

Iberostar have more than one hotel U can go to all and enjoy the facility I was told that Years ago I wonder if still the same?

No, this hotel is one big hotel, they have Iberostar Coral hotel next door, but if you stay at Iberostar main building you can't go there, but if you stay at Coral you can go to both properties.

Hi! No, you have two glass bottles in your room that you can fill up in special areas or you have to know which bartender you tip to get a plastic bottle 😅 At least that's how it was when I visited.

Hi! Yes, this was filmed right before all the restrictions begun. Right now the hotel follows several safety measures to ensure the guests feel safe and relaxed. But other than that the hotel runs the same as before.

Look at the comment above your comment, I explain, that this was shot a year ago, but I read quite a bit of Tripadvisor reviews from people that have just visited the hotel and it seems that everything runs basically the same as before except a few safety measures like wearing masks, keeping the distance etc.

in the market did they sale pampers?

which is better paradisus cancun or ibero?

Hi! In my opinion Paradisus Cancun is way better than Iberostar. Costs very similar but you get way more in Paradisus. Everything there is better - rooms newer, hotel newer, staff nicer, food better etc.

This video was filmed at the beginning of pandemic, the masks were not mandatory then. I am sure they take safety measures very seriously now.
