yes. They're eligible but it's not 'BEST OF 3' they count your total marks in IAT For NEST, it is best of 3

Syllabus of iat is less than jee so attempt jee April and then do pyq till iat exam

Dekho obc ncl is a person jiski family income 8 lakh per annum se kam hoti hai ... Obc category students ko benefit reservation ka tabhi milga hai agar vo student OBC Ncl Category me aata hai .. agar koi Obc hai and uske pass NCL certificate nhi hai to usko koi reservation benifit nhi milta

Sab foreign ki baat karta hai kyunki India me koi scope nhi hai research ka. Foreign is the only option. Easy kuch nhi hai, not even getting into an IISER, waha bhi ghisna padega.
