It is not compulsory to go to delhi,if u have passion to crack upsc.sit at home for self study.self study is the best equipment to crack any exam....

Our education system really takes the 'element of life' away from us. They literally learn the books by heart. No practicality what so ever and that's the reason we don't see any break through inventions coming in from the country that taught the world, the power of science and medicine. I am not against this guy preparing for IAS but where is element of practicality????
