Hello Sir! in fact, you're doing a great job. Trust me, we need tutors like you in University of Ghana Business School. However, my question is, why do you subtract GH 0.6 from the Value in use? My understanding is that, it's already treated at the initial cost of the asset.

Hi , the 0.6m is not 'handling cost' . Remember that initial cost have already been capitalized so they would appear again in at the end of an assets life.

The assets you listed are not covered under IAS-36. They have their own standards that they are going to be treated! However, I think still these asset's value could be decreased which we call it impairement and the other standards don't meant to tell! Thank you brother!
