IAN STARK PRESENTS CROSS COUNTRY RIDING - SKILLS FOR DEVELOPMENT
From the Archives at HorseTV Global- Introducing you to IAN STARK- a retired Scottish equestrian who competed in the sport of eventing, and captured multiple Olympic and World Championships in his illustrious career. Ian was born in Galashiels in the Borders in 1954 and began riding horses at the age of 10. Stark was inducted into the Scottish Sports Hall of Fame in March 2010, and now shares his methods for improving your skills in cross country competition.

I used to own this on VHS - thank you so much for posting. Ian Stark is superb, and it's so great to see him still out and about competing.

Murphy Himself, what an absolute legend! Would’ve liked to have seen all of Murphy bounce the water & extricate himself back out! What a shame that’s when the camera op decided to zoom in to Ian Stark … He’s still relatively a darker grey here so it must be earlier in his eventing career, but he’s already demonstrating one of his famous ‘bounces’!
