I'm kind of sad of how Shameless declined. I wish the writers had had a consistent storyline and that they had included many of the scenes in which Mickey and Ian are tenderly homosexual towards each other, not just fighting and stuff. I swear to god their wedding episode was the last episode I saw that felt like Shameless. I wish I could live in a parallel reality in which, well... Shameless never declined. It remained a great show for 5 seasons. It had a beginning and an end. Like Breaking Bad or Bojack Horseman.
