His snare drum rudiments with all the emphasis' are hectic, he's always been streets ahead of most other drummers with that. Him and Don Brewer were my biggest influences.

There was a young bloke in Australia featured on a current affair program who could roll the sticks with both hands! A few years ago now , can’t Remember his name, I think he was in NSW , somewhere, everyone had high hopes for him! Now not known.

Не было у него мощных звуков... - палки лёгкие и барабаны как консервные банки. Барабанщик он классный, но нет весомости, глубины

@@jerrywoods4066 allrighty then: from the drummers today; Yoni Madar, Gerry Brown. Barlow is not active anymore, but lives right next door from Paice. (True!). Lower Shiplake, England. Paice considers himself not half as good as Barlow, and so said Bonham.

I don't care about Bonham. He would have done better in A Progressive Rock band. Have to agree with you on putting Ian on the same scale as Buddy Rich & even (don't doubt it) Karen Carpenter, that really worked The Snare out with every kind of roll humanly possible. He used one bass drum, because he didn't need two. He was right.

Да, стук и грюк!!! А вот Кейт Форси ударник Boney M. сыграл куда потряснее в песнях Полёт на Венеру и Распутин.... Пэйс бьёт может и профессионально, но скучно. Был я на концерте живом. Да и с творчеством ДП. знаком.

Не услышал и не увидел ничего удивительно. Лупёжь в малый... такое себе. Соляк очень слабый. Мнение Не барабанщика.
