Hey Randy I had a 2008 Chevy HHR and the running boards were factory, they came on mine from factory…. That one looks like it’s optioned like the one I had with the 2LT which comes with the bigger 4cylinder 2.4 also has a pioneer subwoofer in the back end and remote start…. I loved mine it was a great car and got great mags…..

Yep those come with I bought one new in 06 came from factory with them it was the LT package best damn car I miss it had some minor issues with stabilizing pins it would rattle out the front end minor issues.
The Saturn is the winner of the video! I hope to see it on the channel! I also like the HHR. It looks like someone really loved theirs and took really good care of it. Man that paint job looks good!
Randy, you have no idea how much seeing your new videos pup up cheers me up! I just love watch you & MWM. Your joint videos, especially the road trip ones are epic! That MMR could be an easy project. I’m sure you can get a bumper on there with some shims and other work-arounds. I think you could just match the very back of the side color to do the hatch without trying to fade it. Could be cheap Look at the drivers seat! Looks almost new!
Randy, SO happy to come home from work & be able to enjoy your videos every day. You are legit a beast man. Keep it up!
you crack me up with the important window , less important window 😂
Since i Saw a C4 ZR1 near me a red One i fall in love with it specially here where there's no Cars like it in Portugal i still love it
Never seen a Chevy HHR with kustom conversation package before I like it think ur right Randy getting paint color match tailgate Is going coast thousand dollars & luv those little BMW Z3s well 1st & 2nd Gen ones.
Randy, I have an 2010 Chevy HHR with 260,000 miles on it. I runs great. That said they don’t retail for very much. I would go with the charger in my opinion.
That HHR is nice, it's got a great paint job too. You can really tell the previous owners loved that car by the condition, definitely worth being repaired.
Great video as always randy can’t wait to see more
Any news on the 1959 dodge coronet its been a while
Great episode!! Keep em coming!!
Nice HHR I bought one in 06 when it came out loaded with the LT package yes the running boards are factory. Mostly came on LT package
C3 are gorgeous machines, nothing easier to soup up than the 350 it came with
Randy, once again, you have found some great finds. The HHR is definitely worth saving. Someone took great care of that vehicle before that accident. The Saturn…..enough said. I love those cars. They were a great company back in the day.
Nice walkaround m! Interesting cars hope you get into another big project soon! Love it ❤
That HHR looks cool super nice paint job.
I bought a 03 Ion new years ago and was fully loaded with beige leather seats and forest green exterior. I remember putting Goodyear Eagles on it and a cherry bomb exhaust. It was loud! I recall it also came in a Kermit the Frog almost fluorescent green and they also had a Hot Wheels edition, I believe. I think they also had a supercharged version at one point. The coupe version was attractive as well.
If someone doesn't wrestle you to the ground price wise and the glass isn't overly expensive, the Saturn may be an interesting buy. Well optioned car. Wonderful video as always. Thank you for taking us along once again.
that hhr is super cool! would be amazing to see be put back together, bid on it! much love randy
The tuned port injection engines when they are running right are awesome but when they have problems they have problems.

Tuned port really isn't that bad to deal with tbh, crossfire on the other hand....good luck
Love your videos Randy keep it up Randy keep going keep going
LOVE C-3 'Vettes!
Was waiting for you to say it , even heard myself saying " come on , " gnarly " ) those crunched cars took some gnarly hits
I wanted to chime in on the HHR. I bought a 2011 with 54k miles on it. That car was amazingly reliable, decent gas mileage and really held up. The only thing I ever had to replace on the car (besides normal maintenance) was the coil packs at around 110k miles. I sold the car with 134k miles to someone I know. They are still driving it at almost 200k miles. So, I would definitely say they were reliable. Also, mine had the running boards as well and they are factory.
Hi randy my name is joe and thanks for the plug for version shoes I can't wait to try them love your videos
Vary awesome indeed. I love the collection that they have show.
I would get that Ion! Not sure about price of glass installed but had a few friends that owned them. They loved them. Great gas mileage too.
For that saturn ion, I actually work on installing glass and the most expensive pieces of glass on cars is always gonna be the tiny glasses, (they never get broke most of the time and not a lot of aftermarket glass companies make them, so it usually has to be dealer only.) Usually the windshield or front door glasses are the cheapest. People always come in because they broke the back quarter glass to get into the locked car, and are surprised when they see that tiny piece of glass cost them hundreds more then breaking the bigger windows!
I feel the same way about the C-3 vs C-4 Vettes. Getting in and out is difficult. I have owned both. And have a PT Cruiser now. Both are great cars. The Saturn might be just fine.
Hello Randy. The Greenwood Chevrolet Corvette is a great car. The 2007 Chevrolet HHR is a great SUV.
GET THAT SATURN ION!!! It’s so cool. If it goes for the right price it’s a great buy
I liked the Saturn line and the ION too.
Greenwood Vettes are popular among many C4 enthusiasts. Car looks very restorable. Finish out the Greenwood body kit. Drop in a hot 383 or 406 sbc and it will outrun most cars on the road.
Hi Randy, most of the vehicles you look at startup check forward and reverse windows etc. But most cars must be driven at least 10 miles to find out what the condition is.
These Saturns were in the recall for GM ignition switches and GM changed the parts number several times
Awesome vette. Great video
Wow Not A Bad Lil HHR Just New Paint And Gate W Bumper
The paint job on HHR is why I would buy it.👍
The c4 corvette is my favorite of all the corvettes.
On the HHR I like them too. I would see if I could fix the gate back to half way decent and put the number back on and see if looks ok and drive it.🙂👍
My friend had a Greenwood Vette.. Metallic flake paint that had many different colors in different sunlight..
The Saturn might make good content, especially with a junkyard trip to pick and pull the glass.
on the Saturn sometimes when battery is low the starter will stick on fly wheel and make it own ground, full power battery no problem
Yayyy the Saturn Ion is cool 😀🤘🏽🔥
Love C4's C3's.. actually I love them all
I like the HHR, too.🥰
0:52 Is it just me or somebody's dog took a few bites off the Corvette?😂
that HHR you were looking at had HHR/ss running boards and rims those all came on HHR/ss also HHR/ss was only made in a manual
These Saturn Ions glasss around here at U pull part 40.00 each used of you take the glass
Those running boards were actually a factory option. Some even had side skirts, like the SS.
I bought an HHR for my wife when her Sonata engine blew up. It was a GREAT car and surprisingly spacious and used to get 30mpg religiously. It was great till a month after buying it some asshat blew a stop sign and tboned her totaling the car.
I liked the videos where you drove the cheap cars home.
Randy really deserve a vacation 👊🇧🇼
I love that HHR paintjob! While I kind of thought that they were old-man cars, that one looks sick.

@@angerybear8782 lol. Nothing wrong with that! I'm a 15 year old that currently owns 0 cars, but looks forward to getting his drivers license.
My Dad had a silver SS one with the turbo as a back and fourth to work vehicle in the winter instead of the vette. I would love to see Chevy make a little after version of it with a V8
I think that Saturn would be a great car for content. I believe it would be a great $2500 car for a kid going to college. I'd say about $500 will fix all the windows. Find another Saturn Ion at a junkyard and get all the side windows for like $30 a piece. Easy install for those, just pop the door panels off. Order a back glass. Get some urethane and the gun, some suction cups for glass and ask Monkey Wrench Mike to help install the rear window. Rear window for those cars are like $150-$200. I do believe that would be good content for people who are curious about window replacement.😊
I have 1985 C4 Corvette since 2008
I would love to see follow up videos of all the cars you review. Show us just how much each one sold for.
I like to see another c4 or c5 back to the channel
Randy - I know those Ions aren’t real common these days, but you could probably find glass for all 4 doors on that Saturn from a salvage yard for cheap. Have the glass guys throw a windshield and that one quarter window in, and I bet you wouldn’t be in it for much more than $400 for the glass 🤷♂️
She may not be running good she needs a tune up, new gaskets and fresh gas but she fired right up🙂👍❤️
Love the hhr please get it.
That Saturn setup was Tesla before Tesla existed (with the exception of the Roadster from '05) That particular Ion is a good buy, provided the glass is cheap, and it should be.
That was my first car a little saturn ion and I still miss that thing wish I never sold it
Randy, check out vehcor for some ideas on how to do light body work, he does heavy body work as well but he has a lot of good tips and tricks. The Corvette is a cruiser, it’s meant to be driven, it’s not meant to be a daily driver or something you get in and out of constantly. The HHR is definitely way cooler than the PT Cruiser, but I feel like with many GM vehicles it was built on the wrong chassis, it should’ve been built on the light SUV chassis instead of the car chassis. As you seen with that HHR little bit higher mileage but in very good shape, it’s not the brand it’s the way the owner takes care of the vehicle.

Scott's grand am emporium!
the blower motor on the HHR is probably good it's the control module is bad.
Randy, how about to show us the 300C near the charger?
I had a hhr I had to hit under the passenger side dash to get my blower motor going 🤣
I really don’t understand this channel anymore. All the cars you’re interested in these days are ones that need nothing, or have very minimal damage. Yet the channel name claims you “rebuild” said cars. What rebuild? Swamp vette 10 years ago? & All these high dollar luxury cars recently? It just doesn’t make sense anymore. You’re branding is so far from what you actually do/have done. I wish you the best, seriously. I’m going to see my way out.
you can go to pull a part and get the windows for that Saturn
on the hhr you could just paint the rear hatch the red color, would look ok. Saturn looks like exgf damage
The c4s look great though Randy
1:33 Randy did you notice the right rear wheel was sticking out more than the left rear wheel on the Corvette? Something happened to the rear end on that car.
Saturn is good she runs and needs some cleaning up and some TLC.🙂👍
That trailer looks like it rolled down a mountain while loaded with a front end loader.
Good morning Randy
Hi Randy, Go careful switching the blowers on with broken glass everywhere, could blow a bit in our eye. I watch all your videos 👍from the UK 🇬🇧
those ions are great cars
I have a friend who is a Saturn hoarder. Go for the Ion
On the HHR you are required to removed the front bumper to change the headlight bulbs, underpowered at best!
? What are all the red sealed cars! The HHR all I would do it put a black hatch and bumper on it. That would look good enough. Oh and the Saturn. It tried to start on it own because of the remote start.
Soem hhr are not bad I saw one with 300 thousand miles on it
Get that Saturn Ion!
Regarding the Saturn Ion, one rental car associate said about it: "You don't want an Ion".
Whoa never saw a HHR before 😲
Yes get the Saturn
HI Randy, Please tell us why some cars are wrapped in Red plastic , 19:50
The framework on the HHR is about $1000.00 because it's exactly what my Dodge Neon had, and that was my quote.
May I ask as to why the cars in the background are all wrapped in red?
that Greenwood looks like it's been sitting for years
The v6 chargers arnt bad you can do alot with them for cheap.
The greenwood is missing rear wing and front spoiler to complete the greenwood package and front spoiler and rear spoiler are very hard to find..that car would be a great parts car..
I am finding it hard to believe that the owner of the Saturn Ion had full coverage on such an old car.
🔥🔥🔥
If you had that 07 hhr i wood buy it off you i love them hhr
That Charger might be worth saving. It'll definitely be an easy fix, and you can install a nicer head unit in it to make it look less... basic.
Yea
To me personally you just can't beat the C5 Corvette 🙂
