Hey mate, just a quick note to say thanks for the video...... exactly same issue with mine here in Australia.... funnily enough the state where Electrolux is manufactured. 12c worth of Loctite would have prevented us needing to pull these things apart. Mine were very loose, not even hand tight and all 6 of them leaking. Thanks again, the fix is quick and easy but getting it all out, disassembled, repaired, re-assembled and back in is of course a pain in the arse. Perhaps this is by design for future service call and repair charges???

I had the machine only 1 year old when I got this error code. It feels like they make it intentionally like this in the factory. Look how many people are here with the same issue.
