I unironically like this shoe. It looks very comfortable during the summer. It’s not loose like Crocs. It feels like an everyday causal shoe of the future. It’s by no means perfect, but I prefer experimental designs rather than basic standard industry practice.

What size you get

I work at a hospital and I’ve been wearing this shoe everyday to work for the past week as well! Seth is right, sneaker-head or not, *EVERYONE you pass is going to say something about them and usually starts with, “What are those? Are those Crocs?” (And if you’re close with the person) “THE F**K are those!?” After that, luckily for me, you’re showered with compliments! The only awkward thing is explaining to the older folk that these are called Adidas Foam Runners or “Crocs but cooler,” and you’ll lose them from there. But other than that, I enjoy them and still are comfy from the day you have them.

Excellent video, gave me the exact answers I wanted. I was about to spend £250 on a pair, because I spend a lot of time walking on beaches/in sea and they’d be perfect but with no socks they’d wreck me! £250 saved, I’ll wait for a pair at RRP.

Seth here’s some knowledge on the fit of the shoe. It’s not actually the material contracting in hot or cold weather but actually your feet contracting dependent on your health, diet, and activity. If you sit for a long time like on an airplane without much movement your feet will swell up. So that is why some days it feels tighter and some days it feels loose.

I’m lucky enough to be able to wear these to work and I will say I’m glad I’m able to do so because they’re so comfy and normally because my flat feet I can’t stand for long or my feet begin to hurt but in these I can stand all day long. That says a lot about how brilliantly it’s designed.

2 years later, I have FINALLY come around and made a complete 180! I now appreciate this shoe/sneaker. I now own 3 different colors 🤦🏾‍♂️😂

I don't care about the hype, it's a unique design that deserves compliments, even there was no brand on it or no designer name known with it, whenever I see, I would buy it. Plus, it's an everyday, comfortable, affordable (despite the resale) shoe.

yes EVA foam can soften and expand in warm temps and shrink and harden in cold temps... that's the downside of the shoes unfortunately, but they are durable which is why they also use them for outsoles of sneakers.

I’m sure if you are able to cop the right size, they would be super comfortable. I used to hate on Crocs until I actually got a lined pair. They are so incredibly useful. I can see these being for similar occasions, like going to the gym (if you’re doing that), grocery store, walking dog, etc, etc, etc. Wouldn’t pay more than retail for them though.

Love your DETAILED descriptions of new sneakers/FOAM walkers as usual Seth. I'll be honest and say I was never gonna take a second look at these, let alone try a pair on to come to any of the conclusions you've stated in your vid. It sounds like a LOT of thought/planning went into these ugly things and that they're incredibly more than meets the eye. You've helped change my perspective a bit. Totally here for it. I love these. From a design standpoint, can’t remember the last time a shoe design challenged anything, at least on this level. To the ones who call this ugly, well, crocs are ugly in a similar way, and I still own 2 pairs. The foam shoe in general is such a niche in the shoe/sneaker world that there’s still room for crazier designs like this. Idk, still just my opinion. I’m an architecture student n I gotta agree w giving props to the CAD designer(s) on this one 🔥

I think it looks like a sculpture for your feet, they are some of the coolest looking shoes I've seen.

I bought a pair to use as futuristic aquarium landscaping for my two goldfish, Queen Latifah and Monie Love. And another pair for organising stationery at work.

If the tread of my shoes wore out like that after 1 week of wear I’d be freaking out
